• Shipping rates are as follows for Canada and USA.

          FREE SHIPPING (DELIVERY) WITHIN LONDON, ONT

          $6 US flat rate orders total $0-$49.99 (before tax)

          $8 US flat rate orders total $50- $99.99 (before tax)

          $10 US  flat rate orders total $100- $139.99

          FREE orders total over $140

• Hip Kids Boutique currently ships WORLDWIDE.
• We currently ship using UPS standard shipping or an economical and reliable carrier of our choice for all orders. UPS cannot ship to PO boxes. We can also ship Canada Post Express mail upon request. Shipping times for Canada Post Express are 3-6 days.
• Shipping times do not include Saturdays and Sundays.
• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of payment.
• All packages are sent insured.
• As soon as your package is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail

Payments Policy:

• PAYMENT METHOD: We currently accept payment through PayPal (click here for more info on using Paypal) for all purchases.
• PayPal accepts most major credit cards or transfers from PayPal accounts. Paypal payments must have a confirmed paypal address.
• CURRENCY: Orders are processed in US or Canadian dollars
• TAXES:  There is no PST on children's clothing. There is GST or HST on all Canadian orders. For Maternity and diaper bags applicable taxes will be charged for items purchased and shipped within Canada. GST or HST on all Canadian orders (maternity and diaper bags), and PST will be included on orders in Ontario (Where applicable)

Return Policy

• At Hip Kids Boutique, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied within 10 days of receiving it you may return for a full refund minus shipping costs.
• We will refund you in the same manner that you paid once the merchandise is received by us.
• Sale merchandise will always be FINAL SALE.
